Most of us would rather grow our own supply of marijuana given the fact that it is not available in the market. However, not everyone who wants to grow this wondrous plant can get the quality of yields others had.

Yes and in fact, if you are just a rookie in this industry, chances are you have also experienced these common mistakes listed below:

Ignoring pH

There are a lot of terms to familiarize if you want to get the most out of your cultivated marijuana plants. However, some farmers just seem to assume they can just get away with this jargon and totally ignore them. Though you might be able to ignore the other terms you should learn more about pH as this is definitely something you can get away with when growing marijuana.

The thing is, when your plants have poor pH, the result will be far from what you expect. For bad pH, your plants can die.

Too many nutrients

If other plants might benefit when they are showered with too many nutrients, that are not the case with cannabis. What they need is the exact amount. So it goes without saying that if you give them too much of nutrients or just less to what they exactly need, they will still suffer and it will show in the end-result.

Too much water

Just like when too many nutrients are bad for cannabis plants, too much water is just the same. It can make the roots wilt as well as the leaves. You will surely notice this as the leaves will start changing their color like they will turn to reddish brown until they will just wilt.

Bad genes

Sometimes, you have done everything you are told and the end result is still not what you expect. So maybe the problem is not on how you take care of your plants but maybe it is really because you use bad genes. There are so many strains of cannabis plants and sad to say that not all of them can produce the best result. This is why you should get your seeds from a reliable seed bank.

Indeed it will be good if you have your own supply of marijuana give its many benefits. However, you should first enrich yourself with knowledge before cultivating them. This is definitely not as simple as ABC.
