For 13,000 adults, there is just one recreational pot shop, which is licensed within the 5 county areas. By the end of this year, he could reasonably be among the five retail shops in Larimer County as per the severe licensing process. The faster Fort Collins could get people open for recreational cannabis sales, the faster they will be able to get into the game taking into account tourism and its advantages.
