Germany and the use of medical cannabis: the graph

The cannabis, which was by arguments known to be a part of the intoxication plants, are now deemed as a good medicine as well. The use of cannabis is spread all around the earth. There are many countries that have legalized the use of cannabis. There are many more who are legislating on the subject and there are many more who are in dispute regarding the same.

However it has been proved and accredited that cannabis has medicinal value. There are the scientists who had presented the good things of cannabis in different symposiums and conferences all around the globe. Today it is proved that cannabis is a good treatment for the nervous treatments. It is proved as well that cannabis is also very essential in several neurotic disorders.

Yet there are some restrictions regards to the usage of cannabis in various countries. The international pact or treaty which based on the use and practice of the narcotic drugs scheduled in the year 1961 imposes certain special restr4ictions on cannabis.
By virtue of those restrictions cannabis is the most appropriate means of protecting the public health and welfare under the given circumstances prescribed by doctors. It has also been mentioned that cannabis can be produced, manufactured, imported or exported only for therapeutic and technical research purposes counting quantifiable trials therewith to be conducted under or subject to the direct supervision and control of doctors and eminent people.

There had been many conventions ever since and most of the countries have connived with the same rules and regulations. Germany is a free minded country based in science and research. Germany too had certain restrictions regarding the use of medicinal cannabis. In the month of February 2008 it was stated that German patients can be treated with cannabis if the treatment demands so. They modeled the neighbor Dutch people for the purpose.

Further the law was issued in the year 2009 which stated that the German people cannot be prosecuted or convicted for regulated and small amount use of the cannabis. The laws prohibits the use of cannabis in front of institutions as schools, hospitals and colleges but gives full license to the medical practitioners to use cannabis in nervous disorders.

Germany has re scheduled many cases. The use of medicinal cannabis was restricted here as well. The ideas started to change on seeing the neighboring country. As a result of those annexure and rescheduling, today neural therapy in Germany is done with the use of cannabis.
