Vancouver based cannabis company Tilray begins exporting medical marijuana to Croatia. It is understandable that such foreign demands would escalate in the coming weeks and months. Since Croatia now made cannabis medically legal, Tilray will export two kinds of capsules containing marijuana in liquid form, and one contains 5 mg of THC and 5 mg of the CBD. The other capsule has 2.5 mg THC and 2 mg of the CBD. The Tilray president Brendan Kennedy claims that it is the first company to dispatch medical marijuana products abroad. The president also said that Europe has opened up big markets for marijuana since many countries are waiting to legalize the drug. Yet the number of Canadian medical marijuana patients appears to be lower than what was originally thought.
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is a staunch supporter of legalized marijuana policies. He believes that minors should not be exposed to marijuana temptations and strict rules and regulations must ensure that. Teenagers are quite safe from marijuana abuse
Contrary to what most people would think, American teens are not abusing marijuana, even after laws have been liberalized for recreational marijuana consumption. According to a survey, the past month saw a reduction in two decades among school students. The 2015 survey also showed a decline in spite of changing public attitudes and laws. Several such surveys brought up similar results. The most recent results surveyed 24 years of information and came to the conclusion that states legalizing medical marijuana did not witness a rise in teen use.
