Indoors and outdoors, hydroponics or soil culture, many marijuana growers are making their fortunes as American marijuana laws loosen up in many states. Besides nutrients, marijuana plants require a lot of light, water, and atmosphere. Temperatures and humidity should be just right too. Perhaps it is a good idea to grow it privately with quality seeds bought online that get sent in discreet packaging. Know the local laws, though!
Build compost
Simply put all the kitchen waste in a large container and leave it to decompose. Keep turning it over repeatedly so that the contents get to mix well. Decomposition will then happen quickly and evenly. Besides, the ignition would be thus prevented when the microbes that feed on the decaying stuff generate heat. The pressure results in dryness. How long will the process take? Probably around three months, though hot weather speeds it up and soft tissues rot the fastest like in tomatoes and bad potatoes.
Growing marijuana indoors
The problems with potted plants are suffocating roots and little space to grow. Malnutrition is the result. Outdoors is blessed by the periodic rain that brings minerals to revitalize the soil and keeps spider mites under control. Indoor growth requires far more nutrients. Make sure that additional doses of nutrients reach indoor plants.
The urine blessing!
It might sound funny, but urine is a rich source of nitrogen urea that aids the growth of stems and leaves, particularly during the long summer. Natural urine is very strong and plants could die, and it needs to be diluted with water. One bladdernut could be mixed with a gallon of water to which a plant nutrient is also mixed. If the solution is not used soon, ammonia would form that harms the plant.
Generating Carbon Dioxide!
Simply arrange white vinegar to drip slowly into ordinary baking soda very, very slowly. Chemical reactions produce essential CO2. A clever arrangement would be needed to supply the CO2 around the plant. The problem is that outdoor winds would carry away whatever CO2 is generated. The solution is to use a plastic bag at night and continue the treatment for a few hours.
Final notes
Pellet fertilizers like Perlite and Vermiculite are good and provide potassium, calcium, and magnesium. They absorb water, hold air, and prevent soil hardening. Hydroponics will require high concentrations of them. Wood ashes can become a great fertilizer from nearby forest regions, mixed with plenty of water since it would be acidic. Have patience and use restraint when it comes to marijuana growing.
