All of us have experienced anxiety, where you worry too much that something bad or harmful may happen and think that every decision you make will give you bad results. What if this is bad? What if I might destroy things?

What if there is another option better than this? Admit it or not, these are some of the questions you usually think of every time you make a decision, especially when you are not sure what the outcome will be. It is a person’s nature to worry about things, no matter how simple it is, but worrying too much about it where you can no longer concentrate or focus on other things is not good.

Anxiety can either be emotional or physical and each of it has different symptoms. Having trouble concentrating, anticipating the worst thing that could happen and feeling like your mind’s gone blank are just some of the symptoms of emotional anxiety. And as for the symptoms of physical anxiety, here are the followings: pounding heart, sweating, having headaches or dizziness, experiencing stomach aches, insomnia and lastly having troubles in breathing.

Remember, anxiety can give you a huge amount of stress and makes you depressed. So if you are experiencing such symptoms, you will most likely suffer from anxiety attacks. These attacks are also known as panic attacks and usually occur without giving any warnings. There are cases the situation you are in might trigger these attacks.

Like for an example, while you are inside the elevator, it suddenly stopped and the lights were gone. You’ll start thinking things that make your mind and body suffer. These attacks only last for 10 minutes, but the terror it brings will leave you haunted for a couple of days. You won’t easily forget the feeling of almost dying or losing your grip which is why anxiety and depression should be treated immediately.

Although there are lots of treatments, the latest treatment discovered by scientists at a certain university is by using Marijuana or Cannabis. It has been used as a tool for relieving pain and stress because it has chemicals that fight off some symptoms of depression and anxiety. And it also carries nutrients that help restore the levels and functions of your body when experiencing panic attacks. Using marijuana before was illegal and banned, but now, it helps prevent one of the biggest problems humanity faces.
