Marijuana is in real crisis in NY City

New York is in a crisis of medical marijuana. Recent reports prove that there are hundreds of critically marijuana treatment needing people but the stuff is out of reach. The state departments of health and hygiene are failing in procuring the life saving drug.

There are many reasons to this sudden and acute crisis. A report from the Journal News it has been enumerated that the doctors are prescribing marijuana to all and sundry. The state agencies have been allegedly mishandling the procedure of certification. Thus the demand of the same has increased unnecessarily. There are questions escalating in regard of the free opening of the marijuana dispensaries in the country.

There are hundreds of people who are really in need of the marijuana but the government and the hospitals cannot find them with the stuff. The doctors are very much in a mist about the same. The federal government law about the issue of marijuana to patients is full of discrepancies. Nothing is clear from the same. Thus many doctors fear that the practice of the medicated marijuana can impose law problems on them. The department of food and drug administration is also another barrier in the free flow of the marijuana. The norms and rules are not clear in this case. Some law speculates the legal usage while most of the others do not. As a result of this topsy turvy, the department of food does not the marijuana as a medicine and they specify that high usage and smoking of the marijuana is hideous and injurious to health.

Thus many people, especially the babies, who are suffering from diseases, like epilepsy are in a pool of problems. They are not finding the proper medications to their disease. They have to accept the medicines which are highly not comprehensible.

It was not at all expected as many companies had responded to the declaration of the American senate and started the sale of medicated marijuana. There are many companies like Etain and others who started to sell the cannabis. Yet there were the challenges for the licenses. Suddenly there was a breach in the regularities of the sales. The federal government imposed a ban on the cannabis and everything lost the verdure it had gained.

Thus the scenario that is the reality of the day circumscribes the following problems in the crisis of marijuana:

a. The doctors are not clear whom to prescribe marijuana.
b. The federal government is not clear about the exact law.
c. The sales men are afraid about the open trade.
