State assemblyman supported this action because they think that this is a better way than destructive fight against the pots.

They said that the point of the fight is to take out the government from the marijuana business. As marijuana has been served all over the nation in different ways, therefore, the legal permission is not a factor. People can get the strains illegally from the underworld, so the lawmaker has decided to bring those people back in the mainstream society. It will help the destructions and time losses behind a pointless running. As the running has no end, therefore, the government should invest their resources in positive works. The legal strains are medically tested. It has a profitable side as well.

The state assemblyman said that the people, who use these pots, would maintain their habit, even if it hasn’t legal permission. When doctors are permitting medical marijuana, then the intoxicated strains shouldn’t live back of the bench.

Carroll’s bill has been out on the market. Now, the retailers can sell any amount of marijuana openly at their stores. Yet, the sellers have to pay penalties, if they delivered the products to the under aged people.

The bill has to be passed in law. If it is done, then the sellers would get more profits. Till the result, marijuana is a scheduled drug. Carroll said that this bill can reduce the trade taxes under the IRS policies. The marijuana retailers are facing a lot of problem in their banking. The taxes and other legal processes are cutting off a lot. Therefore, the retailers are hopeful about the solution of their problems. Bell said that the difficulties would be discussed at the federal level so that the higher authority can understand the grassroots issues.
