Religious and societal factors need to be considered in a multi-faceted society like T & T. Come to think of it, Jamaica no longer considers little quantities of marijuana to be criminal. Hawaii needs to put in place the medical dispensary system that was passed in 2015. With the Department of Health identifying eight businesses that would set up dispensaries in the state, opening doors is expected early within two months.
Close to two years after the medical marijuana proposal was initially approved in Guam, the final structure of regulations is yet to be finalized. Guam modeled the system upon Arizona, but the $500,000 budget seems to be inadequate. The health authorities need to set up a monitoring program and that will cost beyond the envisioned budget.
