Add the potato-mix, and stir. In a small pan, over low heat, cook the eggs and the veggies. Using a spatula, flip the tortilla and cook it until the eggs are no longer runny. You can serve it hot, warm or cold.

Potato Fantasy Salad

8 small potatoes, 1 tablespoon of parsley, basil, mint and chives, 2 spring onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 3 grams of cannabis.
Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water (do not peel them for now). When they are cooked, remove the skin and slice them. Chop the spring onions. Mix the olive oil with vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the herbs. Brown the cannabis and add it to the vinaigrette. Mix the mayonnaise with the vinaigrette and pour it all over the hot potatoes. The final touch: onions on top.
