All cannabis enthusiasts always wait eagerly to attend the Spanish state’s largest cannabis fair, which generally takes place every year during February or March. And this year was no exception! As always, the expectations were beaten as the crowd was much bigger than usual. This makes it evident that marijuana consumers love to get together, get to know more about what’s happening in the industry, share smoke, and finally enjoy together at one of the world’s biggest cannabis events.
This year, Spannabis 2015 was held on 20, 21 and 22 March, attracting more than 34,000 visitors to the event. They could get to know more about the world of cannabis from the 200 stands hired by cannabis companies. The event had on display almost everything related to cannabis from seed banks and vaporizing/smoking utensils to cultivation tools and stalls for consuming cannabis products.
The event brought together thousands of cannabis varieties, hundreds of companies, cannabis cups, and lectures on different aspects of cannabis in society, medicinal uses, prohibition, and much more. Spannabis (Spanish Cannabis) is undoubtedly the best cannabis event in the Spanish state. The show also saw lots of friends and associates get together to share smoke, enjoying the time spent overall.
Green House Seeds Co. is one of the famous cannabis companies that have been attending the event every year and this year was no exception. Greeting the visitors, the company was as usual actively participating by attending to the queries and doubts of cannabis cultivators, while also distributing thousands of free grinders and hundreds of kilos of Powder Feeding manure samples. Green House executed this in partnership with Strain Hunters team, which made the atmosphere in the stand more than magical.
Arjan and Franco from Green House Seeds Co. were interviewed by various media channels about the new series and documentaries on cannabis mushrooming lately for YouTube. Spannabis 2015 was a great show not only for all visitors, but also for the whole team of Green House and media.
The whole team of Green House was busy all through the weekend with several business owners in the industry visiting the stand for advice. The team willingly shared information with each and every visitor.
There were lots of other companies as well taking part in the show. Few of these stands were related to cannabis samples or development of materials for growing cannabis. Each company was keen on exhibiting the best development in the cannabis industry to the world.
Spannabis 2015 also gave away several awards to achievements in the industry. The best cannabis samples were awarded with cups. Green House Seeds won one of the cups for its CABOOSE Strain Hunters Seeds Bank. Arjans, owner and founder with Franco, collected a trophy.
Besides collecting the cup, Green House Seeds also gave away many prizes to several lucky winners. People who bought seed packets from them stood a chance to win many amazing prices through a simple scratch system. Among the several prizes that were given away was also a car, which was gifted to the lucky winner.
The car winner and his wife were invited to Spannabis by Green House so that they could collect their precious prize. The winner of this fantastic car had bought a package of three seeds and surprisingly a car free with the purchase!!!
Spannabis 2015 lasted for three days- Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Though it was a three-day event, it took many weeks to organize everything, prepare the stand, arrange travel, take the material (seeds, fertilizers, merchant …) and a myriad of things. In short, it was a lot of work for the whole team, but all efforts were rewarded when the event went on successfully.
Here are some pictures of both the stand and the equipment that makes all this possible.
It is difficult to summarize everything that happened in Spannabis 2015 in a few paragraphs, but we hope that with this brief summary, you can get an idea of how great it would have been to be present there enjoying the atmosphere. Meet you in the next edition of Spannabis 2016 next year.
A special greeting to our brother Ed 😉
